Healthy Pet Marketing is an online pet copywriting service, specializing in the natural, health, and wellness sectors of the pet industry.
I handle marketing writing for your website, email, and social media. This includes writing webpages, articles, blog posts, content, email, autoresponders, e-newsletters, and much more.
I can also help plan your online marketing campaigns.
Do you offer direct mail services?
Yes. I specialize in online marketing, but I am qualified to help in your direct mail print marketing campaigns too.

Do you do all the work yourself, or do you outsource projects?
I do all the work myself. I plan, write, and consult with you and your team on all projects.
Can I see samples of your work?
Certainly! I have a variety of pet copywriting samples, using several online marketing methods, available on the Writing Samples page.
How soon can you get started on my project? What if I have a tight deadline?
I want to give your project the time and attention it deserves. That’s why I usually schedule projects 2-4 weeks in advance.
If you’re on a tight deadline, it’s best that we speak over the phone to discuss the particulars. If my schedule cannot meet your needs, I’ll recommend another colleague to help you.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies based on your project’s size and complexity. It’s difficult to give a specific time here because I don’t know your project’s scope. Once I understand the demands on my end, I can give you a better picture of how much time is expected before I can complete the project.
Do you do design work too?
I do usability design. Usability design is based on scientific studies of how people best view web copy (for example, how a visitor’s eyes typically travel on a page and optimal placement of headlines, body text, and images).
This design work differs from graphic design, which includes font choice, image creation, and color choices.
What kind of response can I expect? Do you offer a guarantee?
There’s no such thing as an average response rate. A number of variables, including market, timing, medium, offer, and other unpredictable influences, make predicting response rate nearly impossible.
The best way to find your optimal response rate is through testing several different methods. This allows your customers to determine what best works for them.
That’s why I can’t guarantee a specific response rate. What I can guarantee is that you will be satisfied that the copy you receive meets your standards and needs.
About Your Investment
What does it cost to hire you for a project? What do your fees include?
Pricing varies depending on your project’s scope and complexity. Once I understand the full scope of your project, including research needs, I can quote you a definite price.
Your final investment includes research, writing, revision, and editing of your copy.
What if I want the copy revised?
Two revisions are included in the project fee as long as they’re assigned within 30 days of your receipt of the copy.

What can I expect from working with you?
You can expect a professional, committed approach to your project. I am serious about deadlines and always deliver by the date (and oftentimes earlier) that we’ve agreed.
How do we get started? Do I sign a contract? Do you expect fees up-front?
First, we’ll need to discuss your project and what your expectations entail. This first contact is a free service I provide, in order to determine if you and I are a good fit for each other. If so, you’ll sign a contract and pay a 50% up-front fee. Full payment is expected 30 days after project completion.
